Here at Honey B, we strive to satisfy our customers - It is of the utmost importance that all of you are happy with your purchases, as well as your service within our store.

If you are unsatisfied with an item you have purchased with us, a refund/exchange is possible and you may initiate using this form, but your return must fit the criteria below in order to be made.

  • You have 10 business days to return your item, from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNUSED and in the same condition as it was when you received it.

  • Your item must be returned in the original packaging. It is considered eligible if the packaging has been opened and is returned in another packaging as long as the original is also included.

  • Your return must include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase - Keep one for yourself as well.

  • Once we receive your item, you will be notified. We will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund/exchange after inspection. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment - If you are seeking an exchange, we will initiate a credit for you to choose another item of equal value.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable upon purchasing with us and you will be responsible for paying any shipping fees associated with a return. The cost of shipping may be deducted from your return, dependent on the situation.
