Founded in 2019, Just Be Tea Company is owned and operated by three friends who came together and combined their passions with a goal to make a difference in their community. After graduating from college and entering the workforce, they began to notice common challenges being faced by young millennials, including themselves. The most prominent were difficulty meeting new people with similar interests, establishing genuine connections, and a disparity in the availability of black-owned wellness spaces. Together the trio began to make a plan to create solutions to those challenges, and expanded it into something much greater.

Through this business, our goal is to help connect people to each other and provide them with the tools and resources they need to reveal their healthiest and truest selves. Our community is a safe space full of light and laughter, where people aren’t tolerated - but accepted and supported. We want people to feel comfortable to Just Be whoever they are. And when they leave, we want them to be motivated and inspired to carry that confidence with them out into the world. Our dream is to reach people from different backgrounds, with different interests, and create a place where we all come together as a community to learn, grow, and to love."
