How quickly do you ship?

Orders are shipped dependent on each Artisan/Product. If you pre-ordered a product, we estimated a shipment within 2-3 weeks. Because of COVID-19 and BLM we are experiencing delays that are more than 3 weeks. Once shipped, tracking information will automatically be emailed to you. If it has been longer than 3 days since you have placed an order and you have not received your shipment or tracking info, email info@honeybstore.com to get an estimate of the shipping date.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

Due to the nature of the creation of the products that we house in our marketplace, we do not offer cancellations or refunds UNLESS your request fits our stipulations addressed in the return policy at the bottom of our site. We understand delays in shipping can be frustrating during this time, but we guarantee it is worth the wait!

What is your lost/missing/stolen package policy?

Once your order has been successfully logged with the US Postal Service for delivery, Honey B Home & Essentials is not responsible for lost, missing, or stolen packages. Please email info@honeybstore.com for claim instructions.

How do you determine what products to sell in your marketplace?

We are extremely selective! We have developed an approval process that evaluates ingredients, sourcing, effectiveness, and branding. I make products! Can I be featured on your marketplace?
