Goddess Glow Botanicals began as a way for me to combat the struggles of postpartum depression through the research of self-care and natural remedies for “the baby blues” & anxiety. I started with recipes for the Herbal Bath Tea because bath time was my sacred time to relax and reset my mind from the overwhelming and often unspoken stress of a newborn, being a stay at home mom for the first time, and not to mention waiting 13 years before having another baby! I needed a way to keep sane and productively balanced all while still contributing to the home emotionally and financially. Goddess Glow Botanicals is allowing me to do ALL those things while promoting the importance of self-care, all across the nation.
